When you place an order with Ecomze.com, we work with our vendors and logistics partners to get the product delivered to you on time, and in good condition. We make sure that the product is quality-assured before we ship it.
The estimated processing and delivery time is different for different categories of products and is mentioned on the product details page on the website.
Once we dispatch a product, you will receive an email with the AWB No (Airway Bill Number) which you can then use the track the status of your shipment. You will find this option in the My Account section on our website.
If you have any queries or clarifications about the status of your shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order number which is on the order invoice email.
Some products may be hand-delivered directly by the vendor who is supplying that product. In this case, we will send you a shipment number by email and you can check the status of the delivery by emailing us the shipment number at email@example.com
